Seahorse Platform Partners Ltd owns the patents and technical data for the shallow water platform designs previously developed by Atlantia Offshore Limited. The SeaHorse suite of platforms are the most widely used shallow water platforms (under 650 feet water depth) in the Gulf of Mexico and have been installed all over the world. With expertise of over 170 platforms in operation, this proven technology is positioned to develop marginal properties with challenging reserve thresholds, short schedules, and restrictive budget controls. The various platform configurations that are part of this design group are suitable for small gas accumulations to larger oil and gas prospects having drilling completion capabilities. The platforms have performed for over 15 years in all types of environmental conditions. The offshore platforms are based on a standardized design and on components which can be easily fabricated and assembled. These platforms all adhere to API RP2A and MMS codes and standards.
